"I walked in and asked for my interlock to be calibrated, heavy-set guy(Ken)took a deep breath, seemed very upset because I made him walk. Pulled up to the roll-up door and he kept getting upset because I didn't want to park close the trucks inside. I insisted not to because I don't want to hit them and he stated that I get closer to vehicles at the drive thru. Smokes cigarettes very close to my car and a very unpleasent smell now in my car. Very unprofessional for him to speak to a customer like that."

"Team Ramco in Coeur D Alene is a JOKE!!! Knows nothing breaks stuff and lies. Smart start itself as the company is not organized had us drive 4 hours round trip for nothing after I told the girl to call team Ramco and make sure they have everything to do the install. In the past they messed up our wiring"
