Julia’s comprehensive explanation in lamen terms was quite impressive; along w/ her exceptional customer service care. Eli (mechanic) matched w/ his skilled work on my “Lexi” ( Lexus IS250). "They always do good work. They offer up rides to and from the shop if you're local and communicate well the status of the vehicle. I even had a situation where the repair wasn't what was expected and they immediately got down to business to make it right. No hassles or hidden up charges. I highly recommend this shop. I do most of my business at their location on Hanley but they replicate their efforts at all their shops. They're not the cheapest but quality never is. The time I save not having to come back for missed issues or shoddy work is absolutely worth the cost. If you want cheap, waste your time amd ultimately your money at some other business. "Had my car towed here with no idea what was going on. Battery would send charge to the starter, starter would ‘whir’ and nothing would crank! Worked with the amazing, super professional employees here to find out it was actually an issue with my crankshaft that should’ve been included in a recall for my car (2014 Hyundai Sonata). Helped me get it towed to a dealership and didn’t charge me for the diagnostic work they’d done. Amazing amazing amazing!! I’m now getting an entirely new engine from the dealership for free, because everyone at Silverlake were amazing and honest people! Cannot recommend any mechanic more! I will be referring all friends and family in the area to them. Thank you to everyone at Silverlake!"
