"I read the reviews and saw her work on Instagram, so imagine my disappointment when I came into the Salon and felt unwelcomed. I purchased many packs of Crochet Soft Locs, but she told me my hair was too short and the texture of my hair couldn't hold the locs(understandable), but I've seen numerous vids of this style on numerous hair textures and shorter hair then mine(mind you my hair is naturally curly and thick) so I was a bit confused. She didn't even try to help me with other options. I would've gotten a haircut or something. I felt rushed out the door. I waisted my time and money, it was unprofessional. I hope next time someone new comes in, you're more kinder and try to help them understand."
