"Visited the salon as a first time customer after booking online. The price of the service is listed with the online booking. Came in, discussed with the stylist and the service was completed. Zero indication that I had asked for anything deviating from the booked service. She took a while to check me out, telling me it would be a “little bit more”. Ended up being charged 50% more than the original booking price without further explanation. Later contacted management and spoke with the owner who said she would look into it. There has been no follow up. I’d recommend avoiding this salon unless you’re comfortable with significant upcharging on your services."

"I had two services the last two days, and let me tell you, I’m more than pleased! On Friday I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Alphie. She was so friendly and walked me through every step. We talked about what I was hoping to achieve and she confirmed everything and made me feel so comfortable! She made my hair goals come to life and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Alphie! On Saturday, I was pampered by Jordyn at her nail station. Jordyn has the most beautiful energy and it truly shows in her work! She listens to what I like and helps me figure out the direction I want to go with my nails. She is so gentle and accurate! I love my nails! The shape, color, and design is spot on! Thank you Jordyn! 10/10 recommend visiting these amazing ladies! I know I’ll be back!"

They're super good about communication - we called and they answered promptly, got us appts at the perfect time, sent us reminders to confirm, and it was easy to find. It's actually right next to one of our fav treat shops. The place was clean and spacious and had the specific products we wanted. The technicians were easy to chat with and really efficient. Absolutely we'll be back and we highly recommend Salon Retro! Especially Jo and Cyra!!"
