"If I could give zero stars, I would. I prepaid for several packages when Lexy Jameson was running "specials." HUGE MISTAKE. I had been going to Lexy for several years as a regular client, and unfortunately, I was to trusting. Over the past year, the quality of her services, professionalism, etc had been steadily declining. Lexy had MANY excuses but, our relationship ultimately changed when I paid $375.00 for 2 chemical peels and Lexy DID NOT actually use the chemical (Perfect Derma Peel) on my skin but LIED and claimed she did. I've had several chemical peels from Perfect Derma Peel, so I'm aware of how my skin reacts, and the company also verified she did NOT (or ever) have an account with them. I did not peel.and I sent Lexy photo updates daily so she was also aware. Lexy obviously thought I was dumb enough to not catch on,.and when I called her out she immediately reacted to end our professional relationship...and has failed to return the $1,500+ she owes me for the remaining balance of the chemical peels and prepaid packages I had paid her in good faith. Apparently, I'm not the only Lexy has done this to. I happen to run into a few of Lexy's former clients whom Lexy had stolen from. I believe Lexy will live in the karma she has created for herself (if she isn't already) over money. Money is the root of all evil, and Lexy has shown her true colors. I hope it was worth it, Lexy. I would hate to live with the heavy burden of stealing from others.. I hope others who have had the same experience post their experience so people are aware of who she is."

"Lexy is the best! I have been going to Face Haven for nearly a year and a half and at this point, I trust no one else with my skin. When I first started going to her, I was dealing with a lot of hormonal breakouts and Lexy's dermaplaning facials have really helped to get that under control. I am constantly asking for her advice on different skin concerns and she is very knowledgeable about various products and treatments. I have also done a few beauty treatments with Lexy including lip blushing, brow lamination, and lash lift and fill. She does an incredible job with those as well; I always leave her salon feeling and looking better than when I came in!"

She has rescued me and my brows and transfered them into what I envisioned them to be. My eyeliner she did was exactly what I wanted as well! And we were able to dial in on the lipblushing tone! Lexy is on point! She's amazing at permanent makeup corrections! Her prices on services is worth every penny for the quality and diligence of her work and her makeup artistry! I went from wanting to hide my face when I reached out to her for a brow correction to one session of feeling beautiful and they were transformed into the brows I initially wanted. I highly recommend Lexy for all your skin needs. I can't wait for her facials this coming fall!"
