"I would highly recommend working with Carmen Lunstrum at Nampa Floors & Interiors. She was very patient with me as we worked through decisions and planning. She made sure I understood what I was getting and allowed me extra time to make sure I made the right flooring decision for our home. The installers were very professional and worked hard to keep the area cleaned up throughout the project. They stuck to the agreed upon schedule dates and finished the job on time. They even came back when I asked them to check on a baseboard. I really can't say how glad I am that we chose Nampa Floors & Interiors to complete our flooring project. I shopped around and I am thrilled that they were the company that I chose to work with. Well worth my time and money!"

"Amanda (Nampa store), Ryan, Toby, Adrian, we can't thank you enough for the quality customer service and installation services. We purchased luxury vinyl and carpeting for our whole small house (1k sq. ft.). Great selection of products and when I broke my arm right before install day they had no problem delaying install until I felt better. Could not be happier, many thanks!"

"For my counter top order/ installation: Over-promised on installation date before deposit. After deposit, the schedule shifted an extra two weeks. They installed the counter, then had to tear out their work two additional times in order to get the counter top correct. This delayed the completion of the kitchen by over a month. Kitchen faucet hole was not centered on window as requested. Other hole was not drilled where requested. Opening for oven was too wide. Counter overhang was not even. Each time I reached out to the sales person to inquire on when they would be doing the re-installation. After a week passed with still no timeframe (for both installations), I reached out to the installation team (Jennifer) at Nampa office. She would not return phone calls after several attempts. There was no concession in price. Just an apology, which led to me writing this review. I will not use this company again, and recommend you try someone else for your counter tops needs."
