"If I could give negative stars I would. I wanted my hair to go from dirty blonde to platinum, which normally can be done in one session with my hair. I paid $200 for it to look the EXACT same, and the girl ripped out a ton of my hair by aggressively brushing it while wet. My hair literally looks the exact same as before. I tried to get help with it (nicely) and was just ignored. Don’t go here if you care about your hair even a little. They don’t even know how to brush hair."

If you’re going for the first time make sure to allow some extra time to find parking and walk to the studio. There’s a good parking garage right by the studio."
