"Usually this place does pretty good but not today. I get my hair cut short, and I asked for a point in the back (as in not straight across, but little point so it does not look like a guy). What I got was a tail over an inch longer than the rest of my hair, and she also left the hair over my left ear a quarter of an inch longer than my right. I was able to correct both at home. Probably just a bad day. Overall, I have gotten pretty good haircuts here over the years."

"I’ve been coming to Supercuts for years and they always do a good job. Nice ladies and usually quick service. However at this state street location my experiences have been ruined. There’s a new blue haired women who cut my hair about a month ago. The haircut wasn’t super terrible but I was not satisfied. My hair was barely cut and was shaped horribly. Came back today. (Much quicker than I usually have to) and I got the same girl. I didn’t have the balls to say I’m gonna wait for anyone but you. So I gave her another shot. I literally left with a mullet. (No I did not ask for a mullet) I always specify that the back is what needs the most attention. Chopped up something crazy. Longer than everything else. The exact opposite of what I asked for. ( I could not see the back as my hair was being cut) after my hair dried and I saw it I was flabbergasted, I had to go pay for another haircut to get it fixed. The “technique” that’s used (technique in quotes because there is none) is nothing like I have ever seen before. You can’t just cut a straight edge around the entire front of my head, just throw a bowl on there if that’s all you can do. I am not the type of person to write a bad review, or complain about someone. But the fact that people are paying for these haircuts is ridiculous. I will have to now find a new spot after years of good treatment."

"Only AFTER my daughter was in the chair did we notice the foul smell in the waiting area...it’s a fresh VOMIT stain on the carpet that has not been cleaned. Saving money on haircuts just isn’t worth this disgusting mess."
