"I used this business 4 times and had 3 negative experiences with Tammy. She double booked each time which took her away from paying attention to what was happening with my hair. The first time was good enough for me to go back the second and that time, I was scalped and hair cut too short. I figured it would grow out and went back a third time for cut and color where she didn't even ask how short I wanted my hair and took it up the way she wanted as well as when I tried to stop her, she ignored my request and said she had to cut the damage off. It is my hair and I have to look at it every day. I have a two toned color which she did just fine that time. I decided to go in the fourth time for color and no cut as well as try to talk to her about my hair as a customer and I was asked if I was there to have my roots colored, which isn't the back, just the top and she put color on my back which is now gold and orange. The last three times, she double booked and I told her I didn't like my hair cut to which no response was given. There is a reason this place is so cheap."
