"I asked for a mid drop fade with 1/4in off the top. I was not warned of the barber being new or that he had no idea how to do a drop fade. It took 3 people in total an hour to walk out of there with a botched high fade, bumps on my neck, and my neck line having long blonde hairs. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they would have eventually cleaned up the neck line but after an hour of being in the chair I had to leave to get my kids from school. I didn’t have to pay for the haircut because it was awful, but that doesn’t make up for not being warned in advance the barber was not prepared to cut my hair."

"I have been going here for the last four years. Angie has my hair dresser for me and has done a great job on my hair!! She has a great personality and always knows how I like my hair cut. Definitely check out this place. You’ll definitely like the experience."

"I was a regular. I tipped handsomely and treated the staff to the best of my ability. I am not a Karen. I arrived a little after 3 pm to place my spot in line. The wait said 18 minutes. I parked outside the building and waited for the usual text to notify me of my turn. I walked in and out of the building 4 times to check the roster. I was greeted a couple times indicating that they acknowledged my presence. When the shop came close to closing I was told that I was no longer allowed a haircut. The shop closed at 4pm but I was given no warning that they were closing. Instead the staff purposely ignored my presence. For approximately 40 minutes I waited and walked in and out. Staff will ignore you and will not even warn you of a last call. The manager was 4 ft away from me when I asked if they were joking. She couldn’t even look at me or chime in for wasting my time.There’s better places to go for cheaper. Honestly bummed out that they could flip the switch on a guest that quickly."

"I checked in online with a 68 minute wait. When I got there, the manager Angie said I didn't and refused to take me back and cut my hair unless I wait another 47 minutes. She acted as if I just walked in to cut in front of other people. Horrible customer service. I'm deleted the app and they are losing a great paying customer who had been going there for the past 10 years."
