I called to find out if they could cut a woman's hair and if they had anyone that specialized with natural curl as I have very unruly natural curls and have had bad experiences in the past. I thought it would be smart to ask but the Vietnamese man that answered the phone was extraordinarily rude to me. I understand that a lot of people are very straightforward speaking and I am as well but there's a difference between straightforward and rude. I told the man that and he just continued to be rude and argumentative and offensive toward me. I will tell everyone I know how awful my experience was too"
