"They cancelled my husband's haircut appointment the last minute today even though we had booked it days ago. He HAS to have the haircut today for military requirements, otherwise he will get in trouble. My husband was asking if they could get him booked for any other time today and they said no even though he explained that he could get in trouble with the military but they didn't care. Shame on them for treating people that serve our country like this. They were the ones that cancelled last minute and refused to fix their mistake. If you don't care about our military then we don't care about you. I will be sure to let all of our military and veterans know not to do business with them."

"Jessica, the worker Charged me a full price for haircut and shampoo, but did not get my shampoo done due to she had an appointment at 6 o’clock and still charged me not cool.( reply) to owner… no other way to reply, ( I walked in and asked how long is the wait time to get a hair cut and she replied sit down,like i felt forced by her the way she talked and I told her I had to make a phone call. Then I made a phone call the came in and never she told me she had an haircut appointment at 6.. I would of waited to get a full service as I paid for the price 21 for half service like I said she could have told me to wait or I could’ve waited.)"

"3 STARS FOR JESSICA ECAUSE SHE HAS BEEN ABLE TO CUT MY husband's hair and trim him bears nicely the last 3 times. 0 stars x 100 for the lady who took over Jessica's appointments today 10/12/22 Marissa? Maybe. I don't recall anything but the horrible "beard trim" she gave my husband. She left him a neck beard and a round cut beard !!! She should've been honest with him and said she has no clue how to trim beards!! It was a joke. I was so furious that he actually paid and tipped! So stupid on his part. I came home from work to try and fix this heinous crime I was witnessing on his face. I did my best and actually gave him a jaw line and trim off the neck beard she had left him!!! I do not recommend this person to anyone. We will still continue to see Jessica because she does a great job. But I honestly think my husband deserves a refund for this awful service! Oh yea and this cut was for our a big event we have Friday night!"

"I went in to the Cost Cutters on Overland for a haircut and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. My stylist’s name was Jessica and she was so sweet and helpful and she gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years. Being a senior citizen sometimes I have some mobility issues and she provided me a strong arm to hold on to as I maneuvered around the salon. Thank you so much for being so kind and I will definitely recommend you to friends and family."
