"Not very happy with this experience. My son had an appt with Katie. We were 7 minutes late, which was totally my fault. She was doing someone else's hair when we walked in. She gave us the option to wait 30 minutes or come back tomorrow. We chose to wait. 50 minutes later she comes back from a lunch break. My son showed her a pic of the haircut he wanted. She immediately said he didn't have the hair for that kind of cut but she would try. I walked out to my car to charge my phone while I waited. Exactly 5 minutes later my son walks out with a defeated look. She barely trimmed it & said there was nothing else she could do. I feel like she didn't even try. A waste of money."
