"Tracy is excellent to work with! We are staying at an RV park here in Boise for 4 months, and had a leaking water heater. I contacted Tracy, he called back shortly after I left a message and said he would come out later that afternoon to look at it. He did and as he thought, our almost 20 year old water was extremely corroded and rusted and needed to be replaced. He explained everything and said he would most likely get a new unit on Thursday and be able to install the new one on Friday. He left messages with a depth of information and arrived when he said he would and completed the job in the time he said. He quoted me a price and the final price actually came in lower than his quote, I truly appreciate his honesty! He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and explains everything to you.
