"I got my legs sugared by Becky once and it was a pretty good experience, she did have to reschedule with me but that was fine. I make an appointment for a second session and I show up right on time and I wait. 15 minutes goes by, 20 minutes goes by and nothing. One of the salon lady’s was nice and asked when my appointment was suppose to be and I told her 10:30am. She helps me out by texting her and I finally get a text after waiting 30 minutes that she was sorry she missed my appointment but could be there by noon. I ended up rescheduling instead for the next day at 11am which worked for her, and I show up and 15 minutes goes by and I hear nothing. I ask the lady at the front desk if she was here and she said no. I got stood up again for the second time, and I text her tell her I’m leaving and I want a refund. I hear no response and so I text her again and I still get no answer. The next day I text her again and I finally get a responses saying the refund was issued yesterday. There was little to no communication, no explanation, and she wasted my time on two separate occasions. I get that things happen in life, but that doesn’t mean you can’t communicate with your customers and show up when you said you would."
