"These guys do very low quality work. Do not use them. Replaced lugs saying they were oem, but didn't fit the removal tool, ended up being caps. How'd you like your family left stranded due to shabby work? Inethical shop avoid at all costs."
"I purchased new tires at Costco and they have a program for alignments (and other services) where they partner with a local shop. Quality Alignment and Mechanical is the local shop in Nampa. I called on Saturday, not knowing they were closed, and left a message. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received a call 8am on Monday. I have never had that type of response to a message. I was able to schedule an alignment the next morning at 8am. I was called at around 8:35am telling me the work was complete. The price was less than any other shop had quoted. Their documentation is clear and easy to understand. The entire time, I was met with a friendly, relaxed attitude. I highly recommend Quality Alignment and Mechanical. FYI - there is a nice little coffee shop less than 2 blocks away - a great place to wait."
"Our truck was brought to Quality alignment by Calliber Auto for a repair assessment after an accident Thanksgiving Weekend in Spokane. Our truck has never had any problems, and we have had it serviced regularly at a Chevy dealer (and our truck is still on warranty…. So we could get repairs taken care of if it indeed had problems prior to this accident). Prior to our trip/accident we also had an oil change and tire rotation. A car ran a stop sign and directly hit me on the passenger rear tire. Our tuck was drivable, but there was severe damage to tire. Before driving home we took it to a tire shop and had them put the spare on. We were told by tire dealer that the rear axel seal was leaking oil, and they felt it was most likely due to accident. We were given an okay to drive it home as long as we stopped and checked it every 100 miles. After we got home Calliber couldn’t get our tuck in for over a month. This week Calliber sent it to quality for an assessment. We got a call stating that qualities mechanic, Dustin said that the leak was not due to the accident. We were shocked to find out that quality said it wasn’t due to the accident. So, we called to inquire about his assessment. Dustin was abrupt, rude, arrogant, and argumentative. Dustin couldn’t guarantee that the leak wasn’t from the accident he just felt in his “professional opinion” the leak was there before. We tried to explain that we have never had anyone tell us this prior to the accident, and explained to him what the tire place told us the day of the accident. He said he didn’t care what we thought, and he would be submitting to the insurance that he did not think the leak came from the accident. I just think this is unprofessional and unethical. To Dustin’s response: “ It’s is in fortunate that you don’t have any insight on how your attitude was reflected in the conversation. You indeed were rude, abrupt, arrogant, and were argumentative. You said you did not care what information we provided you, that your observation was right. Although, you were reluctant to confirm for 100% assurance that the leak didn’t come from the impact of the accident. Point in fact, that even the tire place who put on our spare after the accident confirmed the leak was most likely due to the accident. We literally had our tires rotated a week before the accident by the dealership and we were not told of a leak. You would think that if it was indeed leaking oil as the tire place told us after the accident we would have been informed prior. Also, you failed to inform us that you found oil on front right tire (I find it interesting you bring it up in this review but not when we spoke). I understand you have to do an assessment, but to be dismissive of our information is disrespectful. Also, to leave out information of your assessment is unprofessional. Also, just be open to feedback. Just because you don’t feel that you were abrupt, rude, arrogant, and argumentative doesn’t mean you were not. This is how you came across to a customer."
"Great work at a great price. My shop sends all our alignment jobs here. They have also taken care of one of my personal cars. Have never had an issue."
"I wouldn't recommend to anyone. All they care for is your money. Run while you can or regret your decision like I did. They changed my lower control arms and I told them I have an oem airbag suspension and told them to keep that in mind. Now after they finished my front driver side is half inch higher than all the other. I paid 560 for those 2 parts to be replaced. Thanks 208 tires for sending me here I learned a couple valuable lessons. I asked them to fix that problem they took it to the back brought it back and said that there's nothing they can do about it. We'll see if they do anything about it. I'm actually surprised that they have a 4.7 star reviews."
