"Asked for about 1/2 in off feels like she took two. Asked for layers seems pretty blunt to me. Un even and unnatural looking now"
"When I got there, there was only one person doing everything which reflects poorly on the manager that they didn't have enough people. When I had checked in online it said I was the first person, but when I got there someone went in from of me, and it only takes 7 minutes to get there from my house. While I was getting my haircut people were piling in so she frequently left me to go set up the other people in the system, but she only took about 6 minutes from me sitting in the chair to her ushering me out the door meaning that she rushed my haircut and it was subpar because of it. Furthermore her conversational skills were severely lacking. I would not recommend this place and will make a point to tell people about this poor experience when they ask me about my haircut."
"Ashley did an AWESOME job on my unruly hair. Finally! Someone listened to me and thinned my hair to a manageable degree. There was enough hair on the floor to cover at least 2 small dogs. It was that bad. My hair now lays flat and in control. I see so much improvement the way it looks. The previous people who had cut my hair did not cut it correctly. Ashley fixed ALL those mistakes. I have not liked my hair for a very long time. I do now. Thanks Ashley!"
