"Had an amazing day at Aveda today! Me, my daughter, and her friend decided to spend time being pampered by your esthetics team. They completely exceeded my expectations. The students were so professional and able to explain what each treatment was for and how it would benefit our skin. I have a health condition which made me a little unsure which facial would be best. Cody came in and reviewed my information with me and created a personalized plan and explained why it was best. As a nurse I was really impressed with that. I honestly forgot I was at a school! We're already planning a self care day for next month and have invited a few others to join. "Everyone was friendly. I only waited two minutes in the lobby/waiting room. I appreciated the promptness. Conversation with the nail tech took a while to get started but once we got our vibe we clicked and it made for an enjoyable experience. I appreciated that they did as I asked and were not pushy for something different. However I might just have to try some nail art next time!! Always room from improvement. It’s a school and things aren’t perfect but I feel that if we don’t help them practice and learn they will never get perfect. Keep it up. I’ll be back."
