"Went last night (2/15/24) to get my son's haircut. The women who did it was SO RUDE. I was kinda taken back by her whole attitude the second we walked in. She was not warm to my son who has haircut anxiety and she was yanking his head around super hard. She never hardly even spoke to him throught the whole haircut or acknowledged him as a person. When he sat down and I told her we just wanted to trim his hair up and take some of the weight out of it she snapped back at me "what is a trim ma'am" and did a small eye roll. Lady- if you hate your job that much, don't do it anymore because all you did was make my son not want to get his haircut even more after I convinced him to just come get a trim. Then she charged me full adult price instead of kids price. I was so mad and irritated and I didnt want to go off on her so I just paid and left. I did tip her $3 because I come from the service industry and she still did cut his hair (some) but I will never go back to this location. Train your people in customer service better or do something about this rude as frick stylist. My father in law goes here and suggested it to us but I'm not even sure he'll go back. Disrespectful and not a standard great clips claims to hold their staff to."
