"Went in yesterday just to get my gel dip off and try to let my nails heal again. Normally the other place I go to soaks them off (I went to the closest place to do this simple task) but the guy at this place was apparently in a hurry because he started ripping them off with his scalpel thing which hurt and was obviously damaging my nails even more. After the second finger I expressed to him that it hurt and asked if he could soak them off instead, he replied “soaking takes longer” ignoring my obvious signs of pain and request and continued ripping the others off. Very unpleased with the level of professionalism and respect at this place. I was charged $30 for this “procedure” and a clear coat of regular polish…"

"I booked Divine Nails for a pedicure, as soon as a walked into this place, it SMELLED of cigarette smoke. I watched my nail tech finish a mom and a daughter before my appt, he did not change his gloves between any of us and reused the nail file. 100% unsanitary and against regulation. I was SO disgusted. I will never be coming back here. Photos show dirty gloves and clearly a worn out nail file."

"This was my first time with Divine Nails. The atmosphere and cleanliness was perfect. They did great on my pedicure and the acrylics. The only reasons that I'm not giving a full 5 star are: 1) that they weren't able to do the art work I asked for freehand. They just used a specialized nail sticker. Which I am perfectly fine with as I know that not everyone has that artistic capability. 2) It's cash only, but the upside is they have an atm in the salon for just this reason. But I suggest you go to your own bank so you don't end up with the ATM fees. Beyond that, I am 100% happy and satisfied with the services and will most definitely be going there again."
