"I was very excited about this product. I ordered May 1st 2023. Received my confirmation and I had seen the reviews, so I knew it would be a little wait. I ordered my chickens to be delivered in July so I would have plenty of time to get the parts, build, etc. May 11th I checked in and they said a week. May 13th it went to USPS as pending shipment and has been sitting there since. I emailed again July 14th and was told next week. I cancelled my chickens, and finally asked for a refund Jan 7th 2024. It's currently mid-Feb and I still haven't received a refund. I really wanted to support this business, but honestly if you're that far behind on orders, why continue to take them? I was willing to wait 2 months, but its now 9 months later and I have nothing to show for it. Just very disappointed."

"They told me when I made the purchase it would be delivered the following week. After two weeks I emailed as to when I could expect delivery. For the next two weeks, everytime I time I emailed I was always assured it would be delivered the following week. Finally they just quit responding. Thank the construction gods above I purchased through PayPal and was able to get my money refunded. If this is indicative of the customer service one can expect, I don't recommend E-Z Frames at all. Go to Home Depot for the same stuff."

"Ordered in Nov 2022. STILL NOT ARRIVED!!!! Ordered and paid at the beginning of November 2, 2022. Received notification of tracking number Nov 8, 2022. Thought everything was wonderful and even received an update email on Nov 25 stating my order was in the next batch to be processed and my order should ship within the next week. Realized in January I still hadn't received anything. Checked the tracking number to discover the shipment was created but never actually shipped. Emailed customer service twice for updates and advised they were delayed and the order would ship in 2 weeks.... then one week. Per the company website they had experienced supply chain issues however those were resolved. Emailed again last week.... not response at all. This company it a fraud. They take your money and then do nothing to deliver. If I could give a zero star review I totally would. By the way... I do want my product. I really do. I think it would be perfect for me. But this company sucks. They are lie. They steal. They are not honorable. Stay away!!!"

"I ordered the 10 x 10 Chicken run kit with a few extra add ons on a Wednesday and emailed them right after my purchase to ask for it to be shipped right away because I was having issues with predators getting at my chickens in my current set up. Lori responded within a couple hours and told me that it would be shipped out the very next day. She was true to her word and the next day I received confirmation through my email and the UPS tracker that it was shipped and I received my kit that very next Monday. Instructions were easy to follow, I went with cedar lumber from Home Depot for my 2x2x8 and the kit has been really enjoyable to put together. This is the first time I have ever built anything on my own and this kit is making it really smooth and easy. The instructions are thorough and I am thinking of returning for a green house next spring."

"Very un-professional handling of an Order. The site does not call it outright saying, expect longer delays or anything. Order that is placed in Mid August (August 14th) and no sign of any shipping activity even as of current day (Oct -7th ). The fastest way to reach customer support is via email, and email response comes after 4-5 days. Copy pasting the exact email response "I apologize for the longer delay. I have located your order and it will go out this week." This is simply beating around the bush and not giving exact status or delivery dates. This is not a product review, this is what you have to go through in case you have to reach out to someone. Update: The product was finally delivered on 12-Oct. Update: I'm changing my rating to 4 Star. I accept the Owner's response, Supply chain with COVID was bad. The support teams response could have been better and informative. Other than super delayed delivery, i do not find any issues with the product as such. If you know little of woodworking, the products concepts is easy to work with. I managed to build the greenhouse before winter. The structure survived heavy snow, I'm able to test things out this season."
