"Couldn't get their bid right for over 3 weeks. Worst experience ever. We REALLY wanted to support a family run local business. The girl we worked with was very nice, but they kept messing up our bid. It makes me sad we couldn't go with this company. We waited 3 weeks for her to get it correct, and it just didn't work. "We recently purchased flooring from Brothers Flooring in Post Falls. This company and staff were amazing. Vanessa was our sales person and she was extremely knowledable, helpful and friendly. She took the time to explain things that other local flooring stores did not do. We went into Brothers store multiple times and when Vanessa wasn't available, Melissa was equally helpful and friendly. Our installers Dan and Charlie were absolute rockstars! They were friendly, showed up on time and worked hard. We are usually do-it-yourselfers so we were a bit leary about outside service providers. Absolutely NO worries with Dan and Charlie.
