"My wife had been visiting her brother (in home hospice care) in Spokane. Yesterday, she spent time with a friend two hours away in Saint Regis. On the return to Spokane the flex pipe on the catalytic sheared from the manifold. I explained the circumstance to Corey. He ordered the part from Spokane and made room in his schedule to get the job done before 4pm. My wife was able to spend precious time with her brother before he passed early the next morning. "These guys are amazing!!!! My wife and I were having transmission shifting issues with one of our cars and needed it diagnosed as it got very bad. The guys at Masterminds got us in the very next day and diagnosed our car for us with their computer and it came back as a bad transmission for sure which is what we figured. They didn’t charge us anything for the diagnosis and simply told us thank you for coming by and to worry about getting our car fixed not them charging us something!! These guys were really nice, and we both appreciate it our car is running awesome now with a new trans and I highly recommend these guys to anyone best most honest mechanics around I appreciate your hard work guys keep it up we will be back for more business for sure!!! Edit: Back for more business and once again these guys never fail to do good work! I recently went in to have exhaust work done on my Audi TT and wow it turned out amazing! I am sure they have figured out by now I am a very picky person when it comes to my cars, but these guys never fail to surprise me and do an awesome job! They are very well priced and honestly the ONLY shop I trust with my car!! Overall, 10/10 they did and awesome job and I am very happy with the way it turned out! Also, super nice guys and have a great sense of humor!!"
