"Very disappointed, especially given the good personal recommendation we received and the high reviews online. Called to inquire about repairing a power steering leak as we were traveling through from out of town. Bill didn’t even let me finish my explanation of the problem before he cut me off to ask what kind of vehicle it was. When he heard it was a VW diesel, he cut me off again to say “I’ll pass.” I started to ask if there was any other local mechanic he could suggest but the line was dead. Totally understand that some makes are more difficult to work on and that this is a busy time of year. But you could still be kind to prospective clients and offer suggestions to try to help them with their stressful situation."

"My lug nuts on my driver tire were so loose I could turn them with my fingers, we tightened with my wrench thing an drove over to Bills, he tightened all my lug nuts with a torque wrench an I felt much safer on the road afterwards, made it home safe!! And he didn't charge me!!! I appreciate this Service station so much!!! Thank you guys for making me feel safe again!!"
