Auto Match Sales

"I can't rate them at all. I was interested in a class C motorhome they had listed on facebook marketplace. I inquired about it numerous times asking questions and got no reply. Then I looked and you can clearly see that they read all my inquires on their MarketPlace ad but didn't bother to answer. At first I thought it was a private seller, but come to find out they are a Dealership. A "Family Owned" dealership. So I attempted to get a hold of them by phone. I called numerous times, left messages when I could because their mail boxes were constantly full. The messages I did leave, I never received a return call. This went on for 2+ weeks. The reason I kept trying is because I was interested in the motorhome they had for sale. I drove from Airway Heights all the way to Ottis Orchards to their dealership to see the Motorhome and asked my previous unanswered questions from Market place and my phone calls. I arrived to find their "car lot" was located behind their building surrounded by fencing. You could not see any of their inventory. I attempted to go to the office to talk to them but their door was locked during their business hours. There was a note on the door saying they were out for parts and they'd be back in an hour. The note didn't say what time they left. So, I waited an hour and 20 minutes. No one ever returned. I called them from the parking lot and got no answer. I was going to leave a message but their mail boxes on both their numbers were still full. I figured out real quick "Family Owned", is not what it used to be and mean. I can't believe they would treat potential customers like this. I dont see how they stay in business. I guess I'll go back to the "big lots", and private owners to find what I'm looking for. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Also I had to give at least 1 star to be able to post my reveiw."

"I can't honestly rate them because I have been trying to contact them for weeks! They don't answer the phones and IF you are able to leave a message, they don't call back. Most of the time, BOTH phone numbers they have listed have voice mailboxes that are full. They also post on Facebook Marketplace and wont respond to inquiries there either even though you can plainly see that they have read your message! We even drove all the way out to Otis Orchard just to find out they were closed because ALL the staff had left the office to get parts!! How do they even stay in business?! I wouldn't buy a glass of water from this business if this is how they treat potential customers."

"We bought a 2002 yukon, and the staff here have been kind, and easy to work with, and have been very fair & honest in everything. my only problem with them is that they are sometimes hard to reach by phone. But I would be very willing to do more business in the future"

"I came to auto match to look for a vehicle and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest about their cars. I did not feel pressured into buying anything right away, which was nice because buying a vehicle takes a lot of thought (for me anyways) and now that I've decided which car I want, I will be back this week!"
