"The Broadway Store has increased prices quite dramatically in the last twelve months. The service at best is mediocre aside from one or two of the younger hair dressers who have more enthusiasm and drive about them. The remainder seem to spend more time talking and asking questions than actually cutting hair. I witnessed one woman actually stop cutting hair and spend almost two minutes (while looking at herself in the mirror) telling a very patient customer about some super shopping deals she just came across. The online check-in doesn't always make much difference, it depends who's working that day. If you're fortunate enough to get one of the good ones to cut your hair you'll be happy. It used to be a lot better than it is now. My opinion of course."
