"Got my nails done and in less then 2 weeks they are lifting up From the back I have had to do nail glue for over a week because of how busy my schedule has been so I didn't lose the nail. 3 employees worked on my hand so I can understand where there may have been steps. Missed that would cause them to lift so early. I will say the design work is amazing. The girl did it free hand without a stamper. But besides that, when I did go in the guy was trying to say that happens with time, i have been getting my nails done for 18+ years and never have i had this happen in just 2 weeks and no care for what i had to say. I am very underwhelmed with my experience and with the nails lifting from the back So soon after getting them done I will not go back. I went to them because they were closer then the hour away for my old girl... now to keep looking for a good nail place close to home."

"I used to enjoy going to Jesse Nails. The gentleman who answers the phone was extremely rude on two different occasions. First time I just ignored it. This time he shouted at me and hung up the phone on me. I just won't be back after that. The ladies in there are always kind and I really like the cleanliness of their business and how quickly they get you in and out. Just sad."

I've yet to be disappointed by the service received, I may be a repeat walk-in during a busy time, but despite expressing reasonable anger in another language, they still do a knock-out job. My nails LAST, their product quality is top notch, service is exceptional, but make an appointment! Help them help you, it's rational considering the work they do. I'm always pleased with the result! Very clean facility with a massive array of color choices. They've won me over for sure!"
