Mai Nails- South Hill

"I made an appointment for 9:30am. They open at 9am so I figured give them time to get settled in and set up. I had to wait over 20 minutes to be seen because all of the pedicure chairs were full and being helped. Heidi was so sweet… but I could have done my hombre acrylics better at home, and the acrylic was over my cuticle, so it catches my hair and just looks unprofessional. I had a flight that day so didn’t have time to get them fixed, so we put a chrome powder over it to try and cover the uneven hombre. I was charged $70 for nails that I’m ashamed to show to people. Very disappointing because I’ve had my nails done here many times with great outcomes."

"Today 3 of us went for pedicures, mom, daughter and granddaughter. They completed daughter and grand daughter pedicures and I will still sitting there didn't even have water in bowl yet. At this point its an hour later I keep getting told these people were here first and that I was next, however there was a couple that maybe waited 15 minutes already getting pedicures, and they walked in no appt after I had been there an hour. When they finally get to me they barely do a pedicure, when I specifically wanted one after a 3 day backpacking trip. They didn't trim my nails even though I asked. I passed on polish since it was going poorly. Even though I still had to pay 30.00!! Think twice about what you want. Really I should of left like I was going to"

"Heidi has been doing my nails for over a year and I will not go anywhere else! Tammy does my daughters nails and she is also amazing! I’ve gone to other salons in the past and will not go anywhere but Mai Nails! My nails have never looked so good! I let my 15 year old get acrylics yesterday and Ha did an amazing job!"
