"I got a gel manicure, and I had two full nails of polish fall off the first day. One of my nails chipped within 30 minutes of leaving my appointment. The appointment was rushed and my nails were not shaped. The salon itself was very dirty. The floors looked like they had never been mopped, and there was dust everywhere. The tools used were not clean and were pulled from a bin underneath the table. They had visible nail dust and polish on them from previous clients. They also cut my finger, making me bleed. I would never go back."

"Appointment was at 11:30. my pedicure was done by 12. shortest pedicure i have ever gotten. plus, whenever the workers had a chance, they went outside to vape or have a cigarette. the atmosphere was so quiet, the workers weren’t even talking to each other. when we first arrived, no one was even there. within the description of service, it said they would cut callus, rub at your heels, and massage with lotion. the rubbing of the heels was not long. each foot lasted a good 10 seconds of rubbing. then, when the person was putting on top coat, he missed a full spot on my big toe so now i have to find some clear coat and do it myself (which won’t look as good)."

"Terrible gel manicure. Edges are already cracking two days later and the way she did my pattern made the nails uneven and ugly. I tried to convince myself they weren’t that bad but I’m taking them off today. Never going back."

"Never have I had gel nails last less than 5 days. Chipping at the tip of the nails and ruined. Both my friends got theirs done at the same time. Nails are chipping same as mine and one gel nail fell off completely.. all within 5 days of service. They do not know how to do gel nails."
