"Absolutely love this place! I have tried every nail salon in Spokane and always come back here. They are so sweet and welcoming. They do exactly what you ask them to do. I like my nails thicker and they do a great job! I highly recommend."

"I have been going there for years I had a worker and she did not know anything. Did not sterile instruments before using on me as she started with my friend to me is how the tools were used. She just cut my nails and they were zigzag not rounded Did not clean my nails underneath nor trim rounded they were a mess I tried to t all to her and she became very angry I ask for a manager a d he tried to fix the problem now my nails are really short. I realized the polish dried terrible I think the nail polish is old. I get home and see how terrible my polish dried. I will never go back. The same girl cut my friends big toe skin and it is infected she also will never be going back."

"I have to say I’ve been coming here for years and even have been to the nail artist who served me many times before. But I have to say the last time I went in, I felt completely like they didn’t care a single bit about giving good service. She did a pedicure in 15 minutes. Didn’t do any dry skin removal from heels and only gave one coat of paint on my toes. This was definitely the straw that broke the camels back and I’m not going back here."
