"My friend and I both got facials and loved our experience. Kristyn was so kind and made it such a relaxing experience. You can tell she loves her job and wants to make sure you have an amazing experience. My skin absolutely glowed afterwards. Also loved the hot tub and the shower area, and we were frequently asked if we wanted drinks and there were snacks available. We had our facials early in the day so we were able to soak, go get some lunch and then come back and soak some more. We will definitely be back!"

"I was so excited to go to a spa day for my birthday. I booked a package 2 months prior to a date and received a phone call less than a week away from my appointment that they would no longer be able to fulfill my appointments. I am unsure if they looked at how far in advance I booked and how to best reallocate resources but I was very surprised they did not offer me any discount to reschedule or any other offer. I have heard great things about the spa and was really looking forward to it. The person handling the call did not seem genuine when simply stating sorry for an inconvenience. At this time I do not plan on visiting the spa"

"I have had spa days here twice. Once in April 2014 and again in July 2017. Both times were fabulous. The spa is beautiful they offer a coed lounge for couple visiting together and a ladies only lounge. Both over look the water therapy pools. Unfortunately I never have used the pools as on my last visit I got a HORRIBLE sun burn and warm and hot water was not gonna be a good feeling. My 1st visit I didn't allow time to enjoy the pools. I have had facials and manicures. I like how they don't have a high pressure sales pitch for their products. The staff are friendly. I have left both times feeling refreshed and relaxed. Not sure they still offer this but I bought a CD of the music they play in the spa which is GENIUS. I will be back the next time I am in Idaho."
