"In response to Chet, responding to Ryan Genswein: You called following the report of your tile setter and were completely belligerent. We tried to ask questions such as was it the correct location, what did the dog look like (perhaps animal control would be required to prevent anyone from harm by it - no one should face harm from an aggressive dog), etc. You were uncooperative, were not open to any sort of discussion and told us that your company would never do work at our home. The home was empty (no people or animals), we had been gone for 2 weeks and provided the code to enter the home. Our neighbors watching the home have not reported any such animal at our nearby the home. It's unfortunate that you could not find it in yourself to have a rational discussion about the issue and closed to door to working with us - to quote you "we will never send someone back to your home" - and it wasn't even the correct home that was visited. Your response to Ryan's review does not accurately portray your attitude an approach to this situation as you were clear your company would not work with us. Only until a negative review was placed, then all of a sudden you are acting in a way we expected from the start. The two ladies working there are quite good and very helpful, it's too bad you decided to act in this manner as this should have been easy to resolve."

"Had a contract to do some tile with them and they backed out last minute due to the guy laying the tile going to the incorrect location. Would never recommend this place and I caution anyone going to do business with them, it may never get done. Unreliable. Terrible experience, I will be going to a different location in Sandpoint."

"We had an issue with one of the blinds we purchased 18+ months ago. We worked with Andrea to inquire about the limited lifetime warranty. She called the manufacturer and was able to get them to honor their limited warranty. Because the color we originally purchased was no longer available, Andrea asked that all of the blinds in this particular room be replaced, in order to have matching blinds. We worked with Shauna on the pick-up, and everything went very smoothly.
