"Associates need to spend more time cleaning up the store as they stock shelves. Also, get better about being down top stock as zoning is done. Clothing displays should not look like a hurricane blew through. Curbside order associates should get better about not blocking aisles, or heavily shopped sections within the aisles."
"I didn’t get her name, but the lady who assisted me with my online order today was outstanding! It was pouring rain and she remained cheerful and efficient. I was not able to use my app for my curbside order. She took my name and was out to my car with my groceries in less than a minute!"
"Tire service has many, many problems. The computer system doesn't book appointments. This has been a recurring issue. The staff is so afraid of a liability issue that they turn down easily fixable issues. Hannah and Eric refused to plug tires and said screw was on sidewall, screw was clearly not on the sidewall (see photo). Heidi and Devon refused to let us talk to a store manager or regional manager. When asked on multiple separate occasions, Heidi wouldn't give a number or contact info for her boss. She was deliberately hiding the issue from them but not solving anything or helping us. All this could have easily been avoided."
