"Jannete was excellent. I purchased 9000.00 worth of vinyl flooring and 1500.00 worth of tile. When I picked up the tile half of one box was broken. Josh the manager tells me that I have to give him the entire box to get the half box replaced. I explained that I may or may not be able to complete the customer shower with out the broken tile, but definitely can not if I return a hole box. It took almost a month to get them delivered. I explained that my customer would prefer not to wait a full additional month to have a shower. His response was " how is that my problem " I will not be back. If you are looking go to Monarch, in Sandpoint. Way better customer service."
