"I spent over 2 hrs waiting for 3 different employees to try and mix up black paint. They dared to ask me to let 2 separate customers cut right in the middle of "trying" to mix my paint. The first gal took only about 5 minutes other one was a guy who needed paint matching but didn't know what paint he wanted. I was appalled! After about 10 minutes I mentioned it wasn't okay to keep putting me off to help others as I was there first. I had been there for over 2hrs at this point. I was turned away about 5 minutes after I addressed that situation. After 2 hours and about 30 minutes 6 gallons of paint were turned into various shades of Grey, Never did they ever figure out how to mix me up black paint. I think if I was left alone with that machine for about 20 minutes I would have been able to do it myself. It's not hard to follow instructions!!"
