"Hands down the worst company I've ever worked with. It took three calls over five months to get someone out to measure a few windows. We live 5min away. The worker who came out to take measurements still hasn't gotten back to us to provide a quote, 3 weeks later. We've since given up and called someone in Sandpoint who was able to provide a quote in one week. I'm shocked Priest River Glass is still in business."
"I’m so disappointed in this company. I had 2 windows needing replacement. It took John 2 weeks to return a phone call (actually multiple). He finally schedules an appointment, missed the appointments. I had to call the owner and just give him an FYI on his employee. So then John comes out to see windows with no information or understanding of why he is there in the first place. Then a week goes by and no quote. We called left him another message and still no call back. These were big money jobs too. Hope Steve knows his employee is losing business for him."
"I DO NOT recommend this company unless you have lots of time and money to waste. It literally took them 7months to install a sub par window (took them 20 minutes when they finally showed up) and a ton of calls on our part. They made multiple promises they didn’t keep and their front desk staff is rude to boot. Please don’t support this kind of unprofessional behavior…go to Sandpoint or Spokane."
"In 2019 I had $30,000+ Anderson windows and doors installed in new construction. 2 of the slider windows are warped keeping me from weather proofing my home. I also can't secure my home because the doors won't lock. Of course they were paid in full.I have asked MANY times for the problems to be corrected. I don't like heating the exterior. In 2020 the excuse was covid. In 2021 someone came out to look at them and said yes they are warped. John gave me his phone number but he doesn't answer and "mailbox is full" I don't like to litigate, however it may be my last choice. This company is no longer ethical!"
"Would not recommend and should have known after reading other reviews stating similar situations. Had a hard time even getting them to come out because they don’t make appointments evidently. When he came out, after one attempt, he left so quick I wasn’t sure if he was going to get something out of his truck or put a bid together or what. I finally said goodbye as he started the truck. Guess the job was to small, under 5k. A few weeks later I called to order the glass and left two messages…still no call back. Sad when you want to give a local business your dollars to only have them give you the finger in a way. Ended up ordering the glass from Spokane. UGH!"
