"The pharmacy is so stupid and slow. I spent 2 hours there because they don't communicate to my doctor about the right dosage. I get my doctor to sign a new dosage and the pharmacy gives me what I would've gotten under the old dosage because they ran out of the medicine and never told me. So I wasted 2 hours for nothing. Never coming back here. They are unstaffed with imbeciles."

"This is one of the newer Walgreens locations in the valley. I enjoy how it's more updated and stock on items always seems to be good. I usually have good luck finding cool last minute gifts or seasonal/holiday items. Staff have always been nice and courteous."

"This store is in line with the rest of their stores. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Went there to drop off a package for FedEx and was told they don’t accept USPS labels on the package. I had an email stating they work together and the lady Lilly and an older lady with glasses at the front didn’t want to hear it. I told them to scan it on their handheld and after they did they saw it was confirmed as FedEx however they still insisted they couldn’t take it. I told them I’ve dropped off the same exact packages before to their store and the Caldwell location without any issues and Lilly said then go to Caldwell. She clearly didn’t want to be there and had an attitude from the start. Finally another lady came up front and actually knew how to do her job unlike the other 2. She scanned it and everything went thru. I can see why Walgreens is in the condition they are in."

"My monthly prescription was missing one item . And when I returned to the counter asking why the count was off (I received only one instead of two count), first they tried to say that is what the pcp prescribed. I question what changed from last 10 months where I had 2 counts and then suddenly just dropped to 1 count, they said it was a packaging error. And if I needed the 2nd count, I would have to pay full price and insurance won’t cover. Because of their carelessness or lack of sincerity, this month my prescription is covered only for 15 days instead for the whole month!!"
