Most my questions were answered and I got to really understand the meaning of each and every diagnosis that was given. "I can’t say enough how much I actually appreciate and respect this business. I own a 2014 Subaru forester, bought it less than 2 years ago, and it has barely over 87000 miles on it. My all wheel drive quit on me, and I’ve been on front wheel drive while working on a ski mountain. I called so many places to have it looked at, and no one really gave me any options as to what could be the issue. As a female, I honestly have had the worst luck with mechanics, and felt like they were taking advantage. I was told to call Six Star, and spoke with the owner Steve. He talked to me for at least 15 min, and had me bring my car in. He test drove it, set me up for an appointment, and actually CARED. They go above and beyond for people. The front desk lady, I believe her name was Danielle (I hope) was also so kind. She went above and beyond to help me as well. If my warranty allowed me to go through them for a claim I have to process, I would in a heart beat. After I get my transmission issue settled, I’ll never go anywhere but Six Star. Wonderful people"
