"Ordered two 10-36 screws for a Winchester tang sight. Shipping was fast but when they arrived, I found them to be mislabeled. They actually measured 10-32. I called and explained the problem and the only resolution I got was, ‘well you can send them back.’ I asked and they wouldn’t pay for a return shipping label nor send me two new screws of the CORRECT size. Only a refund. I get it, shipping on two screws is not expensive but it’s the principle. I read so many good things about this company but looks like I’ll be shopping elsewhere…"
