"Between the store and online orders worst company to deal with. If you are able to order something from them it most likely is the wrong part. Also somehow you are able to go through the entire ordering process to just get an email a couple days later saying the part is unavailable."
"These guys sold me a battery in the fall for my mower and when it went bad in the spring and tested as failed they told me it was out of the three month warranty so they would do nothing to help me accept sell me a new battery. When I brought up that I would not spend $80 on a mower battery if it was only expected to last three months, she told me that they expected their batteries to last years but mine just didn't and that's too bad. Well she insulted me and I won't be back there to spend another dollar. *Edit* So It turns out the batteries at North 40 are half the price, twice the warranty time period and higher cold cranking amps. I wish I would have shopped around before making my original purchase at AutoZone. Lesson learned."

"These guys are incredible! My check engine light came on and I found out that Autozone will run a test to let you know what error codes come up as a result of the warning. Scott helped me that night (in zero degree weather) and I can not even express how grateful I am. The first code was for the catalytic converter. His advice worked perfectly and I was able to correct the problem immediately for under $30, instead of a $1000 repair. The other issue wasn't as simple, but he made sure I knew what the problem was, how to address it, and made sure I had all the tools needed, so that I could be confident and never in any danger of possibly being stranded. He went so far and above the call of duty. The care for their customers is beyond anything I have ever experienced! I am forever grateful to Scott and his crew. This is not your ordinary Autozone. These guys care about people. Thank you so much Scott and crew!!!"
