"Very unprofessional. I recommend buying from another retailer. I attempted to buy a new console in store today and was met by a very unprofessional employee. They spoke down to me. Within seconds, Walked away to take photos with an iPad of items on the wall near the register, leaving me alone at the far back corner near the console. Please note I was the only customer in the store and had just arrived and immediately asked about a new xbox console. When another customer walked in. He began the help this person as if our sale was completed. I walked towards the exit and mentioned that I was trying to buy a console from GameStop but would walk across the street to Walmart. The employee proceeded to argue with me over his new customer instead of apologizing and securing a sale."
"They sell MTG cards but I was informed that they never have them in stock because staff purchases them before the public has a chance to buy them. Pretty poor business practice, in my opinion."
