"Went in and bought some shoes. Waited at the counter for about 15 minutes as a line started to form behind me. Not a single employee in site. So I decided to call the store a couple of times to see if maybe that would alert someone. It didn’t. Waited another five or so minutes and someone finally came from the back but he just had straight up attitude towards me and snarky remarks. I almost just left without buying anything. I bet the store loses a bunch in sales because of this."

"Not sure what all the complaining is about- it’s a discount shoe store… if you want employees to tend to you and everything is always neat & organized, go to Dillard’s or similar and pay the full price. I have only shopped here once- no one helped me and the store was a bit messy but that is to be expected when you are getting bargain prices. They do make efforts to keep things orderly but just can’t always keep up with the number of customers coming through. I happily paid for 2 pairs of shoes (that I did not need); my friend was the one that needed shoes and she bought 2 pairs as well, and I also joined their loyalty program- I’ll be a repeat customer for sure."

"Went with my friend to get some shoes and the entire time we were there, the owner (as he told me he was) followed us around pretending to dust. After a certain amount of time with him staring at me, I stared back and asked him what his problem was. He said it was his store and he was watching us - and I asked him why he was only watching us when there were multiple people in the store aside from us, he did not have a good reply. Do not shop here unless you want to be followed around and treated like a criminal when you're just keeping your friend company while she gets shoes for work."

"If I could give this place -5 stars I would. This place was a disaster and the employees were just sitting behind the counter on their phones. The female looked as if she rolled out of bed and showed up.. not looking clean at all. Pretty sure the guy was stoned out of his mind. We were there around 7pm. I didnt even want to buy anything because the thought of supporting the store made me sick.. it was so dirty and un organized. Ugh!!! Dont even go in."
