"Listen. I have been going to dollar tree sense I was super young. The one by my old house is amazing and was amazing and no problems with that one at all. Yet this dollar store, Sucks. They didn’t have enough employees, the store wasn’t laid out well. It was messy. They also got stock in, but it was in the middle of all of the isles. No one could walk through them. Back to them having no employees, There was a new guy, and no one was helping him. Me and my friend were waiting for about 20 minutes in line and there were plenty people behind us. Bad experience."

"Great deals and service. I have always found that the customer service is exceptional in this store. I did a college dorm room for a family member with dollar store items. When I realized that we hadn't bought enough of the cloth storage bins in the colors we needed I returned to the store to get more. That is when I was told the colors I needed were summer colors and no longer available. The manager stepped in and found them through another store and called me when they were in"

"Had an pretty bad experience here tonight. The two sales clerks were yelling at each other from across the floor and when one went to rang me up, she basically ignored me entirely as I asked her about how her day was going, and continued to yell to her other coworker in between scanning my items. I frequent this location a lot as they have a great selection of items, but this experience completely changed the perspective. Customer service is how I make a living so I understand it's not 100% every time, but any effort to have acted like my business mattered at all would've been appreciated."
