"Absolutely awful. Used to be my go-to store, but the manager at this location (his name is Andrew) is classless and likes to talk down to customers. If he's such a jerk to customers during work hours while he's being paid, I'd hate to see him out in the wild doing his thing for free."

"Overall atmosphere of the store does not allow for an easy shopping experience. I can see staff making an active effort to clean the store up, but the longevity of its cleanliness is not existent. The store manager, Andrew, is very shady about the Kohls card and is constantly pushing it in a non-organic, very forced manner. Other employees and floor managers are a delight to work with and can easily direct you to where you need to go. This store has potential, but some changes need to be made with long-term benefits in mind, not short term solutions that satisfy instant gratification."

"Great customer service. Good to the last. Some places, I feel rushed out the door when I check out near closing time. Not here, and not with the sales associate who helped me, Rocio. Rocio asked good questions and listened to my requests. She looked for ways to help me save money. She noted what I knew about programs for discounts at Kohl’s and offered additional information. It was great help, and it’s always good to have focused, personal help to get through check-out smoothly. It was good customer service to the last minute and the last person."

"Some staff members need to be retrained. They have poor customer service skills. Rude and/or indifferent. Others go out of their way to be personable and make the customer feel welcome. Also, on the plus side, the store looks clean and organized. Merchandise is well displayed."
