"Im honestly very upset. I ordered online and they charged me right away. Then the next day they said they weren’t able to give me my order due to “insufficient inventory”. When I called costumer service they very rudely denied charging me and after a lot of arguing they said I would get my refund in 1-2 days then hung up on me. It’s now been longer than that and I still haven’t gotten my refund and honestly I don’t think I will. I’m just scared to call again if I’m going to get treaded the same way so if you’re going to order anything I would suggest checking if another store has it first because they aren’t worth this treatment."
"Pair of dress shoes black they had one pair of black dress shoes in the whole store and they were 8 and 1/2 and that's it anywhere in the valley didn't have them one pair of brown worst selection I've ever seen they're a joke"
"I went into the store looking for women's converse, I got directed by an employee named Ryan who took me over, found my shoe and size, rang me up all in all making it a 10 minute expedition. Overall a very pleasant experience, I will be bringing my family in next!"
