"Our sweet doggie had a bad experience at another doggie daycare in the area. We were hesitant on taking her to a new place, but out of necessity we gave it a try. When we had our evaluation, Macy was shy and nervous. NLN accepted her and she had 3 visits the next week. They have a promotion for 30 days of unlimited daycare for $99. We recognize she really needs the socialization and activity during the day so we took her a few times the next week. By the third week, Macy was "ready" every morning and acted like she WANTED to go to daycare. We really feel like Macy gets extra special care at NLN (even though we know they treat all the doggies the same). She seems happy when we pick-up and doesn't seem to be as mentally exhausted as she was at the prior daycare. I highly recommend No Leash Needed in Ellisville. Tell them I sent you there for a discount on your first visit."
"I truly cannot express how wonderful LNL Ellisville is for my dog. We have two dogs, but have only taken our senior dog so far. We tested out a different daycare, and it went poorly (we won’t get into that experience) so we were very hesitant to try somewhere else. I’m so glad we gave NLN a shot though because they have been wonderful and very attentive. Some major selling points were the multiple outdoor yards, the suite options for boarding (not crates), live webcams, pawgress reports, and the staff that truly cares about your dog(s). We will be bringing our second pup there for evaluation and can’t wait to introduce her to the NLN family! Thank you so much for welcoming us with open arms and loving her as much as we do."
"My dog always has the best time during Day Camp!!! Staff is very welcoming and accommodating, and gives the dogs a lot of attention. Would highly recommend this location to all dog lovers!"
"The staff are super friendly and professional. The facility is very clean and well maintained. My pups loved Mercedes and Caitlin and were tuckered out after daycare!"
"We boarded our puppy here in October. The initial evaluation was smooth with no concerns. He is well socialized and we regularly attend trainings classes and dog parks with no issues. During his stay we called multiple times with concerns about not seeing him in the yard for several hours at a time, even though we paid for full day camp along with boarding. During his stay there became some concerns about him being overly friendly with some of the dogs. Staff did not let us know there were issues until we called. Considering he is a young and very active dog we decided it would be best to pay for additional one on one play to relieve some energy after being crated and before entering the group. During these times the trainer walked around the yard, giving him little to no attention. Staff commented that this was helpful but we continued to notice he was not in the yard often. Staff was not proactive and he was continued to be crated for the majority of his time. There were also days where we did not receive updates. We picked him up as soon as our flight landed. He was anxious and it was clear he was not given the attention he needed. We brought our concerns to management and they discounted his stay and apologized. We will not be bringing him back here."
