"The person helping me with my return was very nice and thorough. My only frustration was but being able to return one bag of food that was delivered in Dec. I was past the return time."
"I was very disappointed in buying a chinchilla there. First off I was ignored for a good 30 minutes even after going to the counter to ask for help. And secondly to charge those prices for animals you have absolutely no information on is ridiculous. We bought out last one at petsmart and it came with age, birthdate, shot records and was fixed. These people didn’t know any of that! If my son wasn’t waiting I would have left and gone back to petsmart. Do better or get employees that will!"
"Not a lot of inventory on dog food associate told me to get one similar in ingredients. Took it home and found out it was 2ms expired!"
"Annie at Petco did an amazing job with our dog. I'm always pleased with their services. She kept me informed and gave me a tentative pick up time."
"Their aquatics department is absolutely dreadful. There's black algae in almost every tank, dead fish floating rampantly throughout the tanks, and the glass is covered by the same black algae on the floor of the tank, making it hard to identify which fish is which. Last time I went, an employee ended up killing a fish trying to scoop a fish out of it's tank with a plastic bowl (squishing it against the wall of the tank) even after being asked to use a fish net. The time before, I waited 10-20 minutes waiting for an employee to return after saying she would get scissors and return shortly. I ended up leaving empty-handed that day after a 20 minute wait and finding her on her phone talking to another employee at the register. I hope you find this helpful and go to a Pet-smart for optimum health of your fish and conservation of your time."
