Upon arrival I quickly realized I know nothing about lululemon women’s apparel. Lisa came to my rescue as she has a daughter near the same age. Lisa made my daughter and myself feel like we there with a close family friend. Lisa made the experience one we will never forget. This was was my daughter’s first pair of legendary Lululemon Leggings, My daughter is still talking about Lululemon Lisa."

"Went in today because I had a gift card I got for my birthday. I don’t know why I was nervous when I first went in but the lady who helped me greeted me with a smile ans was super awesome and nice ! She made sure to explain all the different styles and then told me her favorite things in the store and pointed me in all the right directions. She helped me get all the things and helped me with sizing too ! She explained their policy down to a t so I wouldn’t be left with any questions if I ever needed to return something! Super sweet nice girl working today! Thank you so much for being so helpful and kind :) ! I will definitely be going back there again !"

"I had an issue with an egift card being used at this store without my knowledge. Chelsea and Taylor dug through the records to find the sale and worked with the Guest Education Center to solve the problem, all for an issue that they had no part in creating. How often have we all called retail stores and the associates who answer can't be bothered to help? I had the complete opposite experience, and they deserve to be recognized. Outstanding customer service. If I lived anywhere near Idaho I'd stop in and thank them personally."
