"Ismira is the most unprofessional sales person I have ever met. Working as a manager in a sales environment I would never allow my employees to act like that. I attempted to ask her for help twice as she walked by and was ignored, I finally walked up and asked if I could please get help with some shoes she rolled her eyes at me didn’t say anything and went to the back to look for the shoes. They didn’t fit so I asked if I could look at a different pair to which she rudely responded I believe I only have them in an 8 and they probably won’t fit. I asked to try them on anyways and they indeed fit. Her unwelcoming demeanor made me uncomfortable. If all your going to do is stand around instead of greeting and helping customers with a positive attitude maybe you should consider another job. This is not the first time I’ve had a similar experience with this employee. Everyone else seemed friendly enough."

"customer service was great, was worried about going there because of other people's reviews but I tried on 14 DRESSES and they were hyping me up and giving me tips and everything and I left with 2 and some other stuff. Will def go again for next year"

"Horrible customer service. Would make no exception to return clothing for a large purchase even though I was not far from 15 day mark. I explained I had a baby and was hard to get back in 2 weeks. A ridiculous return policy anyway. Now I have an unwanted large gift card for a cheap clothing store. Never shopping here again."

"We drove a 126 miles to get a dress for homecoming. They didn’t have the size on the rack that my granddaughter needed but they had it on a mannequin. We asked off they would take it off the mannequin and they refused. I have never had a store refuse to take a dress off a mannequin for a for sure sale. They also were not friendly or helpful at all. Not good customer service."

"Drove an hour and a half to shop this store, the hours say open till 8 three employees in store 7:10 pm said they refuse to open they don’t have to honor hours on line blamed Covid refused to let us shop after we drove an hour to get here… 5 more customers showed up the lady said she was Vegas manager and was so rude…so I took off today to still try and find a dress and now they close at 5 no web update no note no nothing"
