"Took our senior Min Schauzer to the dog house and he was completely butchered! Shaved his entire body bare and completely shaved off his long and gorgeous beard!! When I complained the rude owner said that we should share responsibility because Klyde is too old to be groomed! Klyde loves grooming and has since a pup!! The fact is this lady was in a hurry and LAZY and didn’t want to take the time working with a senior dog!! If he was to matted where she thought the shave was needed she should have called or said something when he was dropped off!! This woman refused any responsibility and was rude as hell… save your money and DO NOT trust your pets to this place!!"
